Shannon M. Khulusi

Shannon Khulusi is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a graduate of Rutgers University where she earned a Master’s degree in Science and Nursing. She received a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey. She practiced 12 years as a Registered Nurse before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Shannon joined Monmouth Gastroenterology in 2004.
Shannon works in collaboration with Monmouth Gastroenterology physicians to diagnose and treat Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease, Barrett’s Esophagus, Peptic Ulcer Disease, Liver, Gallbladder, Biliary and Pancreatic Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, IBS, and has interests in Colorectal Cancer Screening.
Shannon is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner to practice in New Jersey. She is affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, and Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune,NJ.
Shannon is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International.
